You can’t be what you can’t see! In order to make the STEM sector more diverse, we need role models to share their story and give insights into their work. Through project “MINT to be” (German acronym for STEM), Silicon Saxony connects high-tech professionals with young people to ignite their excitement for STEM through workshops and lectures

Project “MINT to beis aimed at pupils from 7th grade onwards and aims to highlight the variety of STEM professions and study programs in Saxony. Regardless of gender, we want to support young people in discovering their interests and talents in the exciting field of high-tech

With this project, we want to help ensure that girls and non-binary people take just as many opportunities in STEM fields as boys. Let’s work together to make the workplace  more fair and more inclusive!
